Independent Directors Providing Objective Oversight and Diverse Expertise

Our five Independent Directors bring experience across finance and governance, cyber security, human capital, child and women’s rights, and logistics. They meet separately from the executive team, chaired by the Lead Independent Director, to review the performance of the Chairperson, the Non-Independent Directors and the Board as a whole, and the quality and timeliness of the information management provides.

Key Managerial Personnel Responsible for Finance, Compliance and Governance

Under the Companies Act, 2013, our Chairperson and Managing Director, CEO, Whole-time Directors, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary are Key Managerial Personnel. The Chief Financial Officer and the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer are introduced below.

Senior Management Team

The Senior Management Team drives day-to-day execution of the Company’s strategy across operations, finance, HR and business development. It is led by the Chief Executive Officer and comprises the functional heads who report directly into the executive leadership.
