Over the years, this operating experience has steadily changed the nature of our work. From being viewed primarily through the lens of manpower deployment, we have evolved towards being outcome-led integrated service providers — visible in a growing mix of skilled and technically trained personnel, greater use of mechanisation, and contracts increasingly defined by service levels rather than headcount.
