Over the years, this operating experience has steadily changed the nature of our work. From being viewed primarily through the lens of manpower deployment, we have evolved towards being outcome-led integrated service providers — visible in a growing mix of skilled and technically trained personnel, greater use of mechanisation, and contracts increasingly defined by service levels rather than headcount.

From a single contract to a national group
When Krystal was founded in 2000, it was a single-service security company in Maharashtra. Twenty-five years later, we are a multi-vertical, multi-location services organisation with 41,676 on-site professionals managing 4,068 locations across 20 states and 4 Union Territories, serving 572 customers across healthcare, education, airports, metro rail, manufacturing, retail, government institutions, waste management and urban infrastructure.
That distance has been covered without financial engineering — through disciplined expansion, greater operational depth, and a track record earned one engagement at a time.
